Marquardt is an old village of the Mark Brandenburg, which obtained historical importance as retirement home of one of Friedrich Wilhelm II's confidants. Visit the manor-house of Marquart (see the picture above) or simply enjoy the idyll of Havelland's landscape.

Ketzin is a small town full of tradition between Potsdam and Brandenburg near the Havel river. The history of Ketzin began prior to the 12th century as a fishermen's village, of which the annual "Fischerfest" (fisher's festival) commemorates.
